AI for your booking business

ChatGPT for small business, connected to your bookings

Add Corterra Book to ChatGPT and ask about your own clients, calendar and sales in plain words. It books, checks people in, writes your waivers and sets up services. It never touches money.

The AI Assistant is included on Basic and Pro.

Connect it

It takes about a minute, and there is no key to copy. You sign in with your dashboard login.

  1. 1

In ChatGPT, open Plugins → Add → Add custom MCP server.

  2. 2

Name it Corterra Book and paste the address from your dashboard's AI Assistant tab (Add-ons, then AI Assistant) into Connection server URL.

  3. 3

Tick I understand and press Create plugin. ChatGPT opens the sign-in page.

  4. 4

Sign in with your dashboard email and password.

  5. 5

Choose Read & write, check the business name, and press Allow.

Only the business owner can connect, and you choose read-only or read and write when you allow it.

First things to ask

Once it is connected, start a new chat and ask in your own words. It answers with your clients and your calendar.

Look at my business and tell me the three things you would fix first.

Book Dana for a 60-minute massage Friday at 2.

Who has not been in for one to two months?

How much do I owe in unused packages?

Write a massage intake form with a body chart.

Add a 90-minute deep tissue at $145.

What it can do

At the front desk

Book, move and cancel appointments, check in a whole party and mark a no-show. It checks the time is open first, and it never takes a payment.

Who to reach out to

Regulars overdue against their own rhythm, first-timers who never came back, and the win-back list, with the reasons.

Paid for and not used

What your open packages are worth, bring-a-friend passes never used, and members paying for a benefit they never use.

Forms and waivers

It writes a waiver or intake form and shows it to you before saving, sends it to a client, and tells you who has signed.

Email campaigns (Pro)

It picks the audience, previews the reach and drafts the email. Nothing sends until you say send.

Sales reports (Pro)

What sold by item, day or promo code, and revenue per provider, only if you allow the connection to see them.

Setup by describing it

Services, classes, add-ons, hours, closures, holidays, memberships and packages, in one sentence each.

What it cannot touch

It cannot charge a card, give a refund, send a payment link, sell a membership or package, or read card details. Those doors are not open to an AI connection at all.
